First its coffee and our welcome breakfast. Now what we have all been waiting for, we pick up our bikes and have some orientation time to get to know your new trusty steed and what’s in store for the rest of the day. Lets GO! We ride to Lake Elsinore for lunch. Take in the cool breeze as we meander up to the mountainous road into the San Bernardino National Forest. Something to behold, is the ride down into Palm Springs. Time to relax in this sun-kissed oasis where the “The Rat Pack” lived, loved and played. Enjoy the night life on offer.

Day 3Palm Springs, California - Laughlin, Arizona

Joshua Tree National Park is first on the agenda as we ride through taking in the exotic desert trees and unusual rock formations. Next challenge is the massive Mojave Desert. Day 4Laughlin, Arizona - Grand Canyon, Arizona

Route 66 takes us into into Arizona to Kingman, in the middle of the longest remaining stretch of the old “America’s Highway”. Now we ride to Seligman via the Hualapai Indian Reservation. Once lunch is finished in Seligman we ride to one of the most incredible natural wonders, The Grand Canyon!

It just keeps coming, Monument Valley is next. you probably wont see a more classic wild west scene with its huge buttes and rock formations, this ancestral home of the Navajo Native Americans will take your breath away. It is as you have seen on all the old wild west movies. Tonight you can choose to drop into the valley and listen to Navajo Guides tell their spiritual stories.

Day 6Monument valley ( Kayenta), Arizona - Bryce Vanyon, Utah

This morning we ride to sleepy Mexican Hat, an old gold-mining camp. We pass where the movie “Thelma and Louise” was filmed, the Valley of the Gods, then its over the Colorado River where it meets Lake Powell. Bryce Canyon is our next overnight and to get there we need to ride along the southern edge of Capitol Reef National Park, the sandstones of the Devil’s Backbone and finally through the Escalante Wilderness. Time too reflect on what we have just seen. This we will never forget.

Day 7Bryce Canyon, Utah - Las Vegas, Nevada

After breakfast, we check out Bryce Canyon and then head to Zion National Park. Don’t let its unique beauty fool you, we are about to experience the challenging switchbacks of Zion! On to Vegas Baby, its only a short ride to this desert oasis of fun.

After winding down the mountains we find ourselves in the basin of Death Valley after descending hundreds of feet below sea level. We continue west, eventually winding our way out of the valley to greet the foothills of the Sierra Nevada Mountains and stay overnight at Mammoth Lakes. Yes the ski area, today we crossed Death Valley below sea level and now we are 7000 feet above sea level.
